Dutch Lottery Taps Olympic Champion Sven Kramer as Brand Ambassador

Dutch National Lottery, the country’s sole provider of lottery services, has selected speed skating champion and four-time Olympic victor Sven Kramer as its newest brand representative.

This alliance reinforces Dutch Lottery’s role as a supporter of Dutch skating and a key sponsor of the Royal Dutch Skating Association (KNSB).

Kramer will participate in events and marketing campaigns as a representative to promote Dutch Lottery’s backing of Dutch sports and society.

He joins other sports representatives, including Olympic and Paralympic athletes from diverse disciplines.

The operator expressed great pride in the partnership. Arno de Jong, Chief Marketing Officer of Dutch Lottery, stated: “Sven is a true leader in the history of long-distance speed skating.

“As a partner of TeamNL, we have been involved in the Olympics for an extended period and have witnessed numerous of his remarkable accomplishments. He is an exceptional athlete with an unmatched winning spirit, which we respect as a gaming organization.”

Kramer has prior experience working with operators through past partnerships.

The Dutch Lottery also inked sponsorship agreements with four squads in the Eredivisie, the premier women’s soccer league in the Netherlands, last year.
