Bragg Gaming Receives Pennsylvania Approval Paving the Way for Spin Games Merger

Bragg Gaming is on the verge of a significant Pennsylvania debut! The state’s Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has granted them approval, paving the path for their long-awaited merger with Spin Games.

This regulatory go-ahead was the final obstacle for Bragg, with the official acquisition anticipated imminently. As a reminder, Bragg agreed to purchase the Nevada-based iGaming firm Spin Games last May for a substantial $30 million.

Spin Games already holds a strong presence in several crucial US regions, including New Jersey, Michigan, Connecticut, and, notably, now Pennsylvania.

This acquisition represents a monumental step for Bragg Gaming’s US aspirations. With their license secured, they are well-positioned to become a dominant force in Pennsylvania, likely within the coming weeks. This aligns perfectly with the timeframe Bragg outlined in December.

Yaniv Spielberg, Bragg’s Chief Strategy Officer, expressed his enthusiasm regarding the PGCB’s decision, stating:

“We are incredibly grateful for the PGCB’s meticulous review of our application and are delighted that they have given us the green light to enter Pennsylvania’s iGaming sector.”

“With this license secured, we are eager to finalize the Spin Games acquisition in the very near future.”

He also mentioned, “The moment this agreement is finalized, we’re going to start strong and broaden our reach throughout numerous states.

“By merging Spin Games with our current technology, we are confident that we can deliver a heightened level of player interaction to the US market. Spin Games possesses the existing partnerships and expertise, and we are contributing even more captivating games and technological advancements.”
